At least we had a few weeks of respite from the relentless deluge, which is now heading into 2.5 years (after decades of drought, which culminated in continental scale bushfires). It brings me no great pleasure to report "it's back". Another foot (~30cm) of rain expected over the next few days. Feel sorry for the folks in Lismore that have just begun to move back into their houses after they were last submerged. Stay safe. But most of all, stay dry.
