It's interesting watching the dichotomy of the membership numbers and the traffic numbers.
We're now solidly dishing out a million hits a month and getting searches for everything from toilet paper to Che Guevara.
It's pretty fascinating. A million of anything is a lot. (Unless it's money, in which case it really isn't very much at all).

Mike, when do you find the time to do all this stuff? Every time I login it takes a half hour to try out all the new menu items. This time it took even longer, and then all of a sudden hundreds of weather pages appeared while I was busy looking at stage names.

Hi Cheryl ... Yeah I know it's been quiet around here. Took a vacation last week. As you suggested yourself, I need to take a break from this website occassionally. Also have been spending a lot of time recently looking for paid employment, but haven't had many nibbles to speak of. A few folks looking for cross-browser UI designers, Flash, J2EE, etc. All client stuff. I'll send you some leads if you're interested. Nothing on the server side, although the agents and HR folks I've been talking to don't seem to know the difference.
Been simmering down there?
