The kid in England that's charged with hacking into the

The kid in England that's charged with hacking into the computer that controls maritime navigation in the Gulf of Mexico came up with a novel and brilliant defense. Wasn't me, he said. Somebody hacked into my computer and stole my identity. There's enough reasonable doubt there that he could skate with almost any jury. Well, almost. Too bad. He screwed up. He called himself as an "expert" witness for the defense to explain exactly and in precise technical detail how somebody could do such a thing.
