The Chinese have the right idea. If you come to work sick, they'll take you out and shoot you. Wish I could've had some form of recourse yesterday. Chinese lady. Temporary driver license and passport sticking up out of her satchel. Open festering sores on her face. Sniffling and coughing. She looked at music books for a half hour. Sniffling and coughing the entire time. All I could do was open all the doors, turn the fan on and pray she'd leave.

The Sunnyvale town center saga continues. Now they're going to tear the mall down. Raze it. Just a little over a year since the multi-million dollar makeover. The previous landowner went bankrupt. (It's the rent, stupid). Now it belongs to a holding company and the city is still trying to create a downtown. They've now just about destroyed it completely. Razing the mall will finish it off for sure. Wonder if the wrecking ball is also slated for the music store across the street. Hmmm.... Now that would be interesting.
