Closed the shoppe early last night.

Closed the shoppe early last night. There are more important things in life. Like running around the neighborhood with a pink Barbie kitty collecting massive quantities of sugar.

And so passes another month of business. No profit this time around. Put every penny into Xmas stock. And I still can't buy a whole bunch of Xmas essentials because there aren't any more pennies to do it with. Sigh. Up and down. Reminds me of the roller coaster ride on dot-com. One day you're rich, one day it's all gone. And it's all the same roller coaster. It all hangs on how many people are buying stuff, whether they be stocks or computers or houses or guitars. It's all the same, and these days - not a whole lot of people buying stuff.

Another day, another month. Yet another business plan. These days, the business plan always includes a plan 'B'. The rest of the plan is pretty simple. Just 'hang in there'. As long as I can.

The sunspots are a statistical anomoly, we're reminded. Just an incredible coincidence. So what are the odds of my 5000+ song random play CD library playing the same exact song three times in one day? The Beatles, "I'm a loser". Not exactly my favorite pep tune.
