Power went out for an hour. In theory I should be able to do manual credit card sales, but I have to call for authorization on each and every one, while reading their card with a flashlight? Right... If somebody trips in the dark they can probably sue me for not having emergency lights. Best thing to do is just lock the door until the lights come back. This seems to happen quite a lot. 'Kay.
