Back to slogging concrete today. It was a nice long break, but if I don't do it - it won't get done. And eventually I'm gonna' get the yard done so I can catch up on some other things that have languished recently; like guitar building and beer making (of course that's waiting on the kitchen).

Just saw a couple walking down the street holding hands. You'd think that this would be pretty unremarkable, but when's the last time you saw such a thing? I honestly can't remember. People don't hold hands in public anymore. Is it because they're afraid that somebody will see them, or is it because nobody's really in love?
