Brought the camera on the drive to work today. Stopped at the carcass of Netscape world headquarters for a few pictures symbolizing the death of dot-com. On the way back to my current building I found scratched into the pavement "Server Rules", a footnote to the old rivalry between the Netscape client and server divisions which still partially exists. But nowadays neither rules. Client is ruled by AOL and server is over in Santa Clara being ruled by Sun.
