If you look around this site, you'll already know that I work for Netscape (er, AOL, er AOL/Time-Warner) and have no great love of Microsoft. It was no surprise they won the appeal and won't be broken up anytime soon - if ever. But these guys are really doing some nasty shit. The latest attacks are on the legal front, knocking out competition by outlawing them within the software license. They can really put anything they want in the license.
