It felt pretty strange leaving my new venture for a few days. I then found myself in downtown LA on the Santa Ana freeway at precisely 5:30 PM. Think I could've timed it any better? Dang, I'm grateful to live in the bay area. Got a hotel for two nights but then have to find something for the third. No problem - I'm in Disneyland. Trust me, there are rooms; but this one is literally across the street from the convention center. That'll work for now.
