Woke up with a bit of a hangover.

Woke up with a bit of a hangover. Wondering if I did anything stupid at the party. The fact I can't remember walking home is an ominous sign. Also don't remember writing about the experience.

I'm shoveling bags of pebbles down at the local rock merchant and find a condom wrapper in the pile. Not weathered. This is a highly unusual thing to find in the middle of a pile of rocks. I can think of more comfortable environs to engage in activities which might require the use of a condom. Weird... But it has given me some ideas to totally blow somebody's mind. That's probably why it was there. Put one behind some product in the detergent aisle at the supermarket. Under the phone in a conference room at work - just as long as it's in a building where you're not normally found. Just think of all the scandals and mystery you could create. Underneath the newspaper pile at Starbucks. On the floor at the nicest restaurant in town. Remember it doesn't matter if it's a patron or the janitor that picks it up. Somebody will pick it up eventually and think "right here?" - and begin imagining the circumstances and in doing so they have become your audience.

The drainage system is finished. What's next? Well after several weekends as a ditch-digger and plumber and electrician, it's about time to be a mason. First the closest side of the new retaining wall. Then pour a slab for the place where the barbecue is going. Then some steps from the patio to the upper level. Then the surface preparation for the spa. Then some mow strips. Then the rest of the wall. Then... Oh you get the picture.

One of the most wonderful things of which to be a witness is a beautiful woman in love. This time around it was one Sanjeep, a counter girl at the local Carl's Jr. She is in love with the assistant manager. He is totally unaware and could care less, as he is too much in love with himself to notice. He will eventually break her heart.
