Millions of computers, enough to flood the used PC market for ten years. Somebody's got to go in and clean them all up and re-format them to get rid of all the confidential information. Stack 'em in a warehouse for a new set of workers someday, or sell them. Somebody's got to do this job, and there're enough around to support a bunch of people doing it.
