Speaking of gloating spree, I mean this big photo-op speech abord the aircraft carrier. Wasn't it parked like right off the coast? Yeah, all you folks can go home. Ooh - he can fly a plane. Whooppee-doo. Well I suppose it'll look better than old Dukakis (remember him?) running around in a tank.
