Hey Joe - sold the bass. And the amp.

Not much else has moved out of here recently. Remember the last time I mentioned selling a guitar? Well, that's about the last instrument I sold. A couple of recorders and a few guitar tuners. A book once in a while. Spent a lot of time dusting guitars and re-arranging merchandise. Might have to start selling Lotto tickets or something just to get a few people in the door. Hmmm. I should research this one. Most of my potential customers are waiting to win the lotto before they can buy my stuff anyway.

Still, I think Guitar Center is eating my lunch on electric guitars. Hardly a week goes by that somebody doesn't come in and brag about the great deal they got at GC. Hey, I only paid $1200 for a brand new [famous brand name ommitted]. Saved a thousand bucks. Sorry kid, you just got taken to the cleaners. You paid $1200 for a five hundred dollar guitar that was probably made in the same factory in Asia as this five hundred dollar guitar. Only mine is five hundred bucks...
