Salesman drops by. Guitar instructional videos. Concise.

Salesman drops by. Guitar instructional videos. Concise. Cheap. I bought a few. Says he's working on an intermediate level video with a guy named Greg Douglass. "You've probably never heard of him but...". Everybody who ever talks about Greg starts off with that same sentence. Oh yeah, I've heard of him. He's somewhere up there with the top two or three guitarists that ever lived. Ever. I've followed him from relative obscurity through the catapult of living the rock star dream and back down again. To a teenage kid growing up in the east bay during the Summer of Love and dreaming about being a rock star, Greg was the hero. The local boy who made it happen. World tours, platinum albums. Or maybe it just happened. He's just so darned good at what he does (playing guitar) that it was probably unavoidable. Ah heck, read the story yourself.
