Oliver Kabila, the supposed brother of the ex-president of the Congo needs to move 48 million bucks into a US account. The offer is to set the email recipient up as a contractor in order to wire the funds, in exchange for 20% of the total (9.6 million bucks). All you have to do is agree and give him access to your bank account... Gee, that sounds like such a good deal. And of course there's no risk "considering our position in the government". 20 minutes later I got exactly the same email from Bulala Kabila, who I guess must be another brother.
