It's enough to really wrench your heart.

It's enough to really wrench your heart. My little girl is lonely. Misses her friends, new home, new school. The kids in her class aren't very social. For many this is their first school experience. She's been in day care almost since birth. It's a crisis, and daddy needs to help solve it. Help find some kids in the neighborhood that are close to the same age and get them introduced.

The operating system installation was a disaster. Finally gave up when smoke started pouring out of the disk drive. I'll spare the gory details. That'll have to wait for another time.

Hmmm... Somebody may be eating my lunch. Had close to fourty telephone inquiries this morning about rental instruments for school. At least a dozen indicated they'd be stopping right over. But only one showed up. It doesn't matter. If somebody is under-cutting me they'll soon run out of instruments. And I'll be the guy left who has instruments when everybody else runs out.

One of my distributors called. His Palm Pilot won't hotsync and he's asking me to figure out what's wrong. 'Scuse me? After ten minutes trying to get rid of him whilst also dealing with customers I had to get harsh. 'Scuse me. This is Mountain View Music. This isn't Palm technical support. It's not my fault. It's not my problem. Re-install Windows and see if the problem goes away...
