A tie-dyed Cub Scout shirt.
A tie-dyed Cub Scout shirt. Wolf actually, with a picture of Garfield in a cub scout hat overlayed onto it. I'm not even gonna' try and figure out that marketing department. Might be able to figure out the motive behind a tie-dyed scout shirt. Might even be able to figure out the motive behind a Garfield scout shirt - although that motive looks pretty suspicious. But put them all together and I can't figure out what message they're trying to get across. Commercialism, hippies, and Cub Scouts. All rolled into one image. Strange... Nor can I figure out why they'd want a rude, lazy, gluttonous cat as their mascot. Lessee, which of the media congloms owns Garfield? Think they bought the Boy Scouts as well? Nevermind, it's all just making my head spin.
It's a music store after all. I've got some jazz playing on the sound system. Two saxophonists practicing in the back studios. The steady din of people and vehicles along the avenue outside. Wait, what's that noise? A ticking sound. Oh, it's only the second hand - slowly working its way around the clock on the wall. It's amazing I can hear it at all. It's a focus thing.
