AOL pops back in the news.

AOL pops back in the news. As of Thursday they will no longer have a name for themselves, becoming just a brand name under the Time-Warner umbrella. What's newsworthy? They're "creating" a budget dial-up service. Sheesh - they've already got one. It's called CompuServe. Yet another name that only exists on paper. Oh, but now they're going to rename it or set up a virtually identical service called ... (drum roll)... Netscape. I seem to recall a warning in my youth to the effect of not disturbing the dead...
