Started moving some things back into the dining room.

Started moving some things back into the dining room. There's a bit of trim moulding and paint touch-up to do in there, but they can be done with a tarp. It lets me start to put my house back in order from the construction zone it's been for the last few months.

Dug around in the mud removing a few more tree roots and cutting some drainage pipe to length. Even though everything is still pretty wet, it was too nice a day not to work outside.

This site was pretty busy last week. Over 1200 hits from about 30 unique locations. That's not an overwhelming number as websites go, but it's a record. I avoid counting the dirty joke page and webcam more than once per visit because that can really skew the results. France, Germany, Wyoming, Stockton, quite a mix. Granted those are the only ones whose domain names contain location info.

Bottom Line Personal is reccomending that I boycott caviar and instead use eggplant. OK, I've got no great love affair with caviar. Lumpfish is pretty awful and the more expensive grades don't seem to improve the experience. Salty fish eggs. This is supposed to thrill me? I remember putting the stuff on a hook to catch trout - now that's a dinner. The eggs, barf. But eggplant - forget it. I remember when they tried to get us to exchange meat for this vegetable; as in eggplant parmegiano. Good marketing, but the stuff just isn't cut out as a meat replacement or caviar replacement. It's a bland vegetable. Replace the word "eggplant" with "zuchinni" and you have a clue what's really going on. Gee, let's have zuchinni steak tonight...
