Don't know what service or structure made me eligible for rotating outage block 50. That's the one which never gets turned off when they start shutting down power. There's nothing nearby that warrants it. The closest thing I can think of is Sunnyvale City Hall at about 2.5 miles. Oh well, guess I should count my blessings.

The Fed will speak any time now. I won't try and predict them, but I think 75 basis points is a stretch. And 50 isn't a slam dunk, no matter that it's what Wall Street wants. Wall Street wants easy money and always has. Doesn't mean the Fed has to oblige.

But spring is here, when a young woman's heart supposedly turns to love; and a young man tries to be on whatever side she turns to. I found it a bit depressing hearing a report this AM that folks who don't have sex regularly look older than those who do. But no reason not to turn it to advantage. So you want to look young?
